Professionally, I’ve spent almost three decades working in property. I’ve bought it, sold it, marketed it, negotiated it, leased it and, occasionally, obsessed over it.

But somewhere along the way I realised that my work was never really just about buildings. It’s about people. Why someone chooses one house over another. Why a particular neighbourhood feels like home. Why some spaces work and others don’t. Why one property sits on the market while another has people fighting over it.

And then there’s everything else: writing, family, friendship, food, travel, and the ridiculousness of everyday life. This website is where all those parts finally get to live in the same place.
